Fine Arts plans full spring performance schedule
OCU is a university where the arts can be found almost anywhere at any time, with over 10 concerts, not to mention over 10 productions, all happening in the past semester.
The upcoming semester has no plans of slowing down with over eight concerts, 10 theatre productions, a dance production, as well as events planned for specific musicians and art exhibits in the Norick Art Center.
An insight into Project 21 productions
Project 21 is a student-run organization for all music composition students. The group was founded by Edward Knight, the director of composition.

Bass School of Music students garner achievements
Filipe Nieto was awarded first prize in the Carl Albert High School Band New Music Competition. As the winning composer, Nieto will work with the Midwest City-based band and its director, OCU alumna Sarah Neely, to create a work to be premiered in the spring. Nieto, a junior composition major, is from Bogota, Colombia.
