Rev. Lorenza Andrade Smith
Rev. Lorenza Andrade Smith, a homeless pastor, answers questions that students and faculty asked her during the Q and A session that took place Tuesday October 1st in the lower level of the Chapel. Smith is here speaking for DAX Homeless Awareness Week. Smith is a pastor who since 2001 has taken a vow of poverty, sold her belongings, refused a salary and lived with the homeless all in an effort to advocate for the poor. She will be speaking again at Chapel Thursday at 1 as well as later that night with Dan Straughan, executive director of the OKC Homeless Alliance at 7:00pm in the lower level of the Chapel.

Homecoming Theme Reveal
Caleb Dicke, dance performance senior, presents this years homecoming theme at the reveal Monday September 30 in the Great Hall. The theme this year is Start. Leaders from participating organizations gathered to hear about important dates and most importantly about the new theme. This years theme, Start, is a simple one word theme that the committee said ties all of the new changes OCU has seen this year, including the addition of a sorority and a new logo.
