Faculty from the Kramer School of Nursing hosted a ceremony Sept. 10 to induct 90 students who began their first nursing classes this semester.
Attendees observed students as they vowed to abide by the Nursing Student Code of Conduct, which precedes the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Nursing students will take this oath near graduation.
During the first three weeks of class, nursing students learned about professional issues and ethics.
The group now will work to obtain a Bachelor of Science in nursing at the facility, opened fall 2011.
The university’s nursing program comprises:
- A Master of Science and doctorate in nursing,
- A Family Nursing Practitioner degree,
- A Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and
- A registered nurse to Bachelor of Science in nursing.

This is great to know that many students have shown their interest in the nursing. I must say that it is one of the best profession.
