Senators approved three requests presented April 26 at their weekly meeting.
Emma Velez, Student Government Association president, presented a summer budget for SGA.
The budget requested about $5,000 in funding, outlined salaries for the SGA President, Vice President and Vice President of Student Activities Council and allotted discretionary spending for each.
Discretionary spending was used last year to fund having the university center open 24 hours, Velez said.
The request passed by consent.
Sarah Cook, president of Student Senate, presented Senate Bill 001, which requested $2,100 to reimburse Student Activities Council for expenses incurred by law students who attended Free Movie Night.
The cost for law students to attend Free Movie Night is absorbed by the general fund, the bill states.
The law school has a separate budget from other organizations, Cook said.
The bill passed by consent.
