In this week’s column, we will tackle rejection, spring break and the JONAS BROTHERS GETTING BACK TOGETHER!
Dear Crazy Kazoo Lady,
I just found out I didn’t get into my top choice for graduate school. I feel so depressed. What to do I do?
Sincerely,
Rejected and Ruined
Dear Rejected and Ruined,
One of the hardest parts about rejection is trying to get over it and move on. Yet, you also need to feel the pain of it, so you don’t bottle it up.
That’s why when I’m rejected, I throw a rage party, where I continuously play the song “Here we Go Again” by Demi Lovato, aka, the most hardcore song of all time.
I can also attest from personal experience that crying is helpful.
Dear Crazy Kazoo Lady,
I want to go out of town for spring break, but I have no money. What should I do for my spring break in OKC?
Sincerely,
It’s Break but I’m Broke
Dear It’s Break but I’m Broke,
Spring break is a way for rich, white girls to showcase their perfect lives on Instagram, even though their parents probably paid for their trip to Miami.
Here’s a list of things to do to keep you occupied:
1. Go to the American Banjo Museum and become the next Mumford and Sons.
2. Walk around the Paseo district and realize you can’t afford anything.
3. Eat at Chick-fil-A so much that you become the chicken.
4. Go to the American Pigeon Museum and question why OKC has so many weird museums.
5. Stay inside, because this weather is so unpredictable that it will probably freeze over again.
Dear Crazy Kazoo Lady,
I have no motivation. What do I do?
Sincerely,
Tired
Dear Tired,
The Jonas Brothers are back together.
I believe that is enough to keep going in this horrific world we live in.
