The Wanda L. Bass School of Music’s mainstage opera was Cendrillon, the French version of the Cinderella fairy tale.
The opera had performances 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday in Kirkpatrick Auditorium in Kirkpatrick Fine Arts Center.

Sabrina Brush, music theater and vocal performance freshman, Nadjalie Santos, vocal performance sophomore, and Hallie Schmidt, vocal performance junior, play “Dorothée,” “Madame,” and “Naomie.” Yu He, opera performance grad, plays “Pandolfe.” Brandon Dallman, music theater sophomore, urges the Prince to enjoy the ball. The men of the court attempt to cheer up Taylor Thomas, vocal performance junior. Taylor Thomas, vocal performance junior, expresses sorrow.
