Five students competed for the title of Miss OCU 2019 at this year’s pageant.
Cosette Smith, music theater junior, was crowned Miss OCU 2019.
The Miss OCU 38th Annual Scholarship Competition was 6 p.m. Oct. 20 in Kirkpatrick Auditorium in Kirkpatrick Fine Arts Center.
