Campus will now open at noon Tuesday. A Blue Alert was sent to students at 6:30 a.m. via email and text.
University officials announced campus is opening late Tuesday morning due to inclement weather.
The OCU main campus and OCU law school campus will open at 9:30 a.m. All campus activities are canceled until that time.
A Blue Alert went out to the campus community via text message Monday at 6:45 p.m. An email was sent at the same time.
Officials watch noaa.gov to monitor incoming weather, and how it may affect students.

Officials watch other schools and closures to make a final decision, said Susan Barber, university provost, in a previous story.
Students say school should be canceled due to hazardous road and sidewalk conditions.
“School should definitely be canceled,” said Jordyn Poston, dance management senior. “There are a lot of students and faculty are going to have a hard time getting to school on the ice. And it’s not getting any warmer.”
Lee Brown, university risk manager, sent an email with safe driving tips to the campus community Monday at about noon.
