Fall 2014 Athletic Director’s List

The Fall 2014 Athletic Director’s List names169 student-athletes for achieving a 3.0 grade point average.

Eighty nine had at least a 3.50 GPA, while 17 made a 4.0 or better. The 169 students averaged at a 3.132 GPA for the semester.

“Balancing the rigors of academic requirements and athletic competition requires commitment, perseverance and time management,” Athletic Director Jim Abbott said. “I am very proud of our student-athletes for their ongoing academic achievement.”

The pom squad led the athletics department by having 15 dancers on the list. The men’s rowing team had 14, while women’s soccer and men’s wrestling had 13 each.
