- Holly Hunter has joined the cast of Zack Snyder’s as-yet-untitled Superman/Batman film starring Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck. She will play a character newly created for the movie. - David Letterman has announced his plans to retire after 32 years as the host of The Late Show. “We don’t have the timetable for this precisely down,” he said. “I think it will be at least a year or so, but sometime in the not too distant future, 2015 for the love of God, in fact, Paul and I will be wrapping things up.” To see a clip of the announcement, click here.
- Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston will pen a memoir of his life and career. Cranston’s publisher, Scribner, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, said the book will be released in fall 2015. The memoir will “tell the stories of my life and reveal the secrets and lies that I lived with for six years shooting Breaking Bad,” said Cranston. - Kelly Osborne has signed on to lend her voice to Disney’s upcoming animated series 7D. The show will be based on the world of the seven dwarves. Osborne will play one of the series’ villains. To read more on the show, click here.
