- Once Upon a Time actress Rose McIver has joined the cast of iZombie, a new zombie crime fighter from Veronica Mars scribes Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero. She will play a medical student who eats brains and inherits the corpses’ memories, which she uses to solve homicide cases. To read more on the series, click here.
- Cynthia Nixon has signed on to star opposite Ewan McGregor and Maggie Gyllenhaal in the Roundabout Theater Company’s Broadway revival of Tom Stoppard’s The Real Thing. Nixon will play Charlotte, the actress wife of writer Henry, played by Ewan McGregor. Gyllenhaal will play Annie, the woman with whom Henry has an affair. For more on the production, click here.
- Upcoming CBS comedy The F Word has been retitled What If and has been slated for an August release. The film stars Daniel Radcliffe as a medical school dropout who falls for an animator, played by Zoe Kazan, who is living with her boyfriend, played by Rafe Spall. - Harold and Kumar star John Cho is set to star in Selfie, a comedy pilot from ABC and WBTV. The pilot tells the story of Eliza, played by Karen Gillian, who becomes the subject of a viral video and hires a marketing expert, played by Cho, to repair her image. For more on the show, click here.
