Public Intoxication– Saturday, 3-16-13 8:44pm; NW 23rd & Gatewood; Incident # 13-03-022; Arrested (AR): Barry, Robert (no OCU affiliation); Reporting party (RP): student; Officer Haynes received a call from RP stating there was a man passed out on the bus stop bench. Upon arrival, Officer Haynes found AR on the bench. He woke up AR and notice him to have slurred speech, red watery blood shot eyes, and be unsteady on his feet. AR was placed under arrest and transported to the Oklahoma City Inebriation Center. AR’s blood alcohol content (BAC) was 0.230.
Vandalism– Saturday, 3-16-13 9:57pm; Cokesbury Court Apartment swimming pool; Incident # 13-03-023; Suspect (SU): unknown; Reporting Party (RP): student; Witness (WI): student; Officer Haynes responded to a vandalism call at the Cokesbury apartments in reference to an unknown white male throwing the several of the poolside furniture into the pool. RP made contact with SU. SU ran off prior to giving RP all his information.
Alcohol Contact– Sunday, 3-17-13 4:11pm; Cokesbury Court Apartments; Incident # 13-03-024; Suspect (SU): student; Involved Party (IP): student; Reporting Party (RP): student/RA; Officer Pankowsky was responded to a call at the Cokesbury apartments in reference to the occupants of the apartment not letting the RP into the apartment. Officer Pankowsky made contact with SU and IP. They produced two liquor bottles that were 2/3rds empty. The alcohol was emptied out and discarded after being photographed.
Driving without a Driver’s License– Monday, 3-18-13 9:50am; NW 34th & Penn; Incident # 13-03-025; Arrested (AR): Escobar-Giron, Eriber (no OCU affiliation): Officer Jeney was on patrol, when he observed a vehicle with a cover over its license plate making it unreadable. Upon stopping the vehicle, Officer Jeney asked for AR’s DL and insurance. AR handed him a DL from another country, but also advised him he was in the US illegally, which made his DL invalid. AR was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. His vehicle was impounded.
