Career Services will host more than 20 area employers at its annual Spring Career Fair on Feb. 12.
All undergraduate majors are encouraged to attend the event, which is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. in the Great Hall in Tom and Brenda McDaniel University Center.
Interested graduate students or alumni also are welcome to attend.
The fair is designed as an opportunity to network with employers and gather information on the local job market.
Employers in attendance will include American Fidelity Insurance, Love’s Travel Stops, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, and the U.S. Navy.
“A lot of these employers are targeting us because they’ve hired OCU students before, so they’re proactive in seeking us out about recruiting opportunities on campus,” said Josh Waddell, director of career services.
Vishu Patel, entertainment business junior, plans to attend the career fair.
“I’m looking for a summer internships, and I want to network with current sports business professionals,” Patel said.
Attendees should bring copies of their resume and dress professionally.
