Sen. Constance Johnson has filed two bills regarding marijuana possession and usage.
Senate Bill 902 directs the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to establish a program to oversee the production, distribution and consumption of medical marijuana. Senate Bill 914 reduces the maximum penalty for possession of up to 1.5 ounces of marijuana to 10 days in jail and a fine of $200.
