Homecoming is continuing with several events happening this weekend in which students, staff and alumni may get involved.
Students will construct spirit structures Friday on the Quad Lawn. Lip Sync is scheduled for 7 p.m. the same night in Abe Lemons Arena in Henry J. Freede Wellness and Activity Center.
Those interested in running are encouraged to participate in the ninth annual Marianne Vannatta Race with the Stars at 8 a.m. Saturday, beginning in Freede.
The week concludes that afternoon with the return of the women’s and men’s basketball games at noon and 2 p.m., respectively.
With a number of events going on, students should attend and support OCU and the campus community.
Whether students are involved in a participating organization or not, they should grab a friend, take part in the Homecoming festivities and be active on campus.
Homecoming is a time to show pride in the university, unity as a campus and support our athletic program.
