Homecoming season is back with a revised competition focused on unifying campus organizations and fueling participation.
The Homecoming kickoff will be at 8 p.m. Thursday in Henry J. Freede Wellness and Activity Center.
The theme, “Written in the Stars,” focuses on spirit, pride and unity, said Homecoming Commissioner Liz Kinney.
Kinney said she created the theme with campus organizations in mind.
“There are a lot of things organizations can do with it,” she said. “The words are meant to guide where they take their experience in Homecoming.
“I really hope it brings the whole school together to feel a sense of pride and unity.”
