OKLAHOMA CITY — OCUPD responded to a report Saturday evening that an OCU student was intoxicated on campus.
Just before 11:30 p.m., Cokesbury Court RA, Destry Elms, witnessed a male student urinating into some bushes within the complex. Upon escorting the student back to his apartment, Elms found an empty bottle of Whisky. Responding authorities could smell alcohol on the student who claimed to have consumed the liquor off-campus.
Officers escorted the student to the Public Inebriation Alternative Center where his Blood Alcohol Content of .126% was well above the legal limit of .08%.
