The Oklahoma City University School of Law will host a roundtable discussion at 5 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday) on current events in Egypt. The event will feature Oklahoma City University Political Science Professor Mohamed Daadaoui and visiting law scholar Mohamed Shehata. The roundtable will be held in the Homsey Family Moot Courtroom inside Sarkeys Law Center at N.W. 23rd St. and Kentucky Ave.
Shehata, who is from Cairo, is writing his Ph.D thesis from the University of Cairo on “Insider Trading in the U.S. and Egypt: Present Law and Suggestions for New Theories of Criminal Liability.”
Daadaoui, PhD, holds several degrees in political science including focuses on Middle Eaststudies. His research interests include international relations, political Islam and U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East and North Africa.
