A bin was set up in the community garden behind Oklahoma Children’s Theater with hopes of adding more in the future.
After Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, students from the area came together in a Facebook Messenger group for moral support. Clara Foster, dance sophomore, started a clothing drive, which quickly expanded with the help of other students in the group and with support from the university.
Last week, OCU welcomed new members to the student body. As freshmen adjust to college life and classes, they look forward to the new adventures the semester will hold.
On Jan. 19, more than 150 students vied for the chance to be in the Spring production of Anything Goes. Having already passed round one of the audition process, hopeful performers sang and danced for over five hours during callbacks.
