The Student Publications advertising and design staff is pleased to work with your business to create an ad that conveys your desired message and sells your product or service.
A signed contract and materials for ads designed by our staff must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the desired publication. A proof will be returned for your approval no later than 5 p.m. the Thursday before the desired publication.
Our advertising closing deadline is before noon the Friday before your desired Wednesday publication. All signed contracts and finalized ads must be submitted by this deadline. Failure to do so will result in a 20 percent rush charge for that ad.
Contracted ads canceled after the noon deadline will be charged in full.
