Police reports released March 7

Police Report

Public Intoxication x2 Thursday, 3-7-13 1:40am; Kamp’s Lounge, NW 25th and Classen Boulevard; Incident # 13-03-006; arrested: 2 OCU students; reporting person: Security Officer Wendell Darnell Viney (no OCU affiliation); Officer Kiel Pepper was dispatched to Kamp’s Lounge in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival he met with Security Officer Wendell Viney who said that both suspects were engaged in a fight with a person at the front entrance. No one involved in the altercation wanted to make a formal complaint. Both suspects were unstable on their feet, had blood shot eyes and the odor of an alcoholic beverage about their breath and person. They also had slurred speech. Officer Pepper took both subjects into custody and transported them to the Public Inebriation Alternative Center where one student registered a presumptive BAC of .128% and the other registered a BAC of .128%. This incident has been forwarded to Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Liz Donnelly and Asst. Dean Josh Waddell for administrative adjudication.
