ICC to host free career prep workshops

The Intergenerational Computer Center will host free career preparation workshops and a workshop about how to finance a college education.

A workshop on job search skills and resume writing will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 5.

Kimberly Folkes of Workforce Oklahoma will be available to discuss how her organization’s Adult Career Services and ResCare Workforce Services can help people find jobs.

A workshop on job search skills and resume writing will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 20. Justeen Cosar of The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM) will be available to talk about TEEM’s employment services.

A group workshop on finding free money for college and applying for higher education scholarships will be held at 1 p.m. Dec. 1 with Francesca James of Scholarship Paths.
