Injure/Destroy Property Less Than $2500 Wednesday, 10-3-12 5:45pm; North Loeffler parking lot; Incident # 12-10-005; victim: student; damaged vehicle: white 2001 Volvo S60 4dr; Officer Kiel Pepper was dispatched to the North Loeffler parking lot regarding a parked vehicle being damaged by a baseball. Upon arrival he met with the student/victim who said he parked his Volvo at 9:50am and discovered the damage at 5:40pm. The officer observed a circular dent immediately behind the sunroof which was indicative of damage caused by a baseball. Photos were taken of the damage and the student made a written statement.

 

Fugitive from Justice Friday, 10-5-12 1:31am; 2724 N. Pennsylvania Avenue (east side of alley way at Domino’s Pizza); Incident # 12-10-008; arrested:  Brandon Jermaine Viney (no OCU affiliation); passenger; Monique Ro-Shawn Kizzee (no OCU affiliation); Sergeant John Jackson observed a dark blue Chevrolet Lumina parked and occupied by a male driver and a female passenger. He approached the vehicle and was informed by the driver that they were conversing. A warrant check revealed that Mr. Viney had two outstanding arrest warrants from Oklahoma County for 1st Degree Burglary and Domestic Abuse. He was taken into custody and transported to the Oklahoma County Detention Center. The passenger was allowed, per the authorization of the driver, to take custody of the vehicle. Sergeant Jackson later returned to the scene and was unable to observe any indication of burglary or other criminal activity.
