Video Music Awards winners annouced, Rihanna takes Video of the Year

Rihanna brushed off her shoulder as “We Found Love” was annouced as the Video of the Year at the 2012 Video Music Awards on Sept. 6.

Ratings for the awards show were down 50 percent, dropping from more than 12 million in 2011 to just over 6 million viewers this year.
