Angelina K. Barnes, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with animal cruelty by the Oklahoma county district, according to KFOR.

Barnes was found in her home wearing an outfit she planned to wear to the Lady Gaga concert with streaks of cat blood on her face. The cat’s liver was found in a makeup case on the bathroom counter.

Barnes was taken to the hospital where she threatened a male nurse with a broken piece of glass. She is currently receiving treatment at a mental health facility.

“There were things done to the house like covering light switches with duct tape so she wouldn’t be able to turn on the light,” OKC MSgt. Gary Knight said.
