Director James Cameron recently spoke about his plans to make his blockbuster “Avatar” into a trilogy with the coming sequels to be released Christmastime 2014 and 2015.

Cameron is currently in the drafting stages for the two films but plans to have both films shot together so that they may be released around the same time.

With “Avatar” being highest grossing film of all time, Cameron decided to lend his profits to a worthy cause as to follow the film’s message for environmental awareness.

Cameron recently achieved a goal of having 1 million trees planted across the world, according to Takepart.com.
